Swedish Massage

Full Body 60 minutes: $75
Full Body 90 minutes: $120

Swedish massage is a type of massage therapy that’s primarily known for its relaxation effects. I use a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading to relax the muscles. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and may include relief from aches and pains, improved circulation, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved sleep quality, lowered blood pressure, a decrease of headaches and their frequency, greater flexibility and range of motion. Some studies have also shown that Swedish massage helps with fibromyalgia pain and may decrease anxiety and depression.

*Other Therapeutic bodywork modalities may be added to any 60 minute or longer massage at no extra cost to achieve each client's goal or ultimate relaxation. See "ADDITIONAL SERVICES" for all options.

Every massage includes oil infused hot towel treatment, aromatherapy and sound therapy.

Deep Tissue Massage

Full Body 60 minutes: $75
Full Body 90 minutes: $120

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Upper Body Only

45 minutes: $50
60 minutes: $60

Upper body only- This is one of my most popular massages. Many people have issues with their back, neck and shoulders, but aren't comfortable with getting fully undressed or simply don't want a full body massage. I've got you covered with my "Upper Body Only" option. An upper body massage includes your back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, face and head (if desired). Pressure ranges from relaxing to deep tissue to fit each client's needs.

I also offer a back and feet combo, 45 minute back massage and a 15 minute foot massage for $60.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES- Trigger Point Therapy, Pressure Point Therapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Dry Cupping, Gua Sha

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These “knots” are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques in order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Pressure Point Therapy- Our bodies store stress in specific areas called pressure points. Pressure points are small painful pockets of energy that are located along a nerve pathway in your body. These pressure points actually block the nerve energy from flowing through your body, causing a variety of discomforts and illnesses. In our session, I apply pressure to these specific points and dissolve them, releasing any blockages and restoring your nerve pathways to optimal health and function.

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, lymphatic draining can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on your skin and some of the air in the cup is removed with a pump to create suction. People use cupping therapy for many different reasons, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation/well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing method which uses a smooth-edged tool to stroke your skin, while pressing on it. This motion may raise small, red, rash-like dots that may show under your skin called petechiae. Gua Sha may be used to treat chronic pain all over their body. It's often used alongside other complementary treatments such as massage, and heat therapy.
